During a Chicago Bulls home game, spectator Don Calhoun, an Indiana salesman, was randomly chosen to try a wildly improbable promotional stunt: sink a basket from the opposite foul line, 75 ft. away. Amazingly, Calhoun swished the shot and grabbed the prize: $1 million.
